After the working part of FEST.A CROPAK on Saturday, May 31, 2014 we left some time to enjoy in beauties of Plitvice lakes. Guided tour of the lower lakes and picnic lunch surrounded by pristine nature will come as icing on the cake you should not miss.

National Park Plitvice lakes are unique and fascinating natural phenomenon, located in the central part of Croatian region, Lika. Plitvice Lakes are special geological and hydro geological phenomenon. Plitvice lakes consists of a string of 16 small and large lakes that are crystal clear emerald green color, and numerous rivers and streams that merged in foaming cascades and thundering waterfalls.

Vast forests, exceptional lakes and waterfalls, flora and fauna, mountain air, contrasting colors, wooden trails and bridges and more are part of this unique place which is the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Now days, Plitvice lakes are world-famous tourist attraction that draws tourists from all over the world.
